Mayhew Callum Limited have been appointed by Building Integrated Services in respect of two interesting developments in Godalming.
The first is on the site of a former car park and weekly market, to the rear of 76 High Street. Aptly named ‘Market Mews’, this development consists of a new terrace of three residential dwellings.
The second site involves the refurbishment and extension of the former Craddocks Printing Works, Great George Street. The works aim to provide retail/commercial/business space on the ground floor and ancillary office space at first floor level, together with the addition of a new two bedroom residential unit at first floor.
Mayhew Callum Limited are employed to provide both structural and civil engineering services, including the design of roads and drainage.
